Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Joint Manager/Manager with 10-20 years of experience to oversee the maintenance activities of our bearing company located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in plant and machine shop maintenance.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the maintenance of plant and machine shop equipment.
Develop and implement effective spare part management plans to minimize downtime.
Plan and procure critical spares to ensure timely replacement of faulty components.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques such as TPM and 5S to improve efficiency.
Manage inventory levels and control costs to optimize maintenance expenses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic pneumatics, PLC, CNC, and database mirroring.
Experience in maintenance engineering, including planning, procurement, and execution.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
