The “ Business Analyst ” will be based in Coimbatore, reporting to manager. In this role, you will be In-charge of ensuring continuity of IT systems by providing the planning, technical business, and project coordination necessary to implement, architects, designs, builds, tests, implement, develops software and resolve technical business solutions that automate specific business processes. What a typical day looks like: Provide Analysis, design, subject matter expertise & adapt existing product management methodologies to deliver IT solutions to business. Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews. Develop detailed plan of process implementation. Prepare specification Documentation, provide application design & proposals for function-specific business requirements & drive user acceptance tests. Assist in the development of overall project plan, collaborate with cross functional teams & liaise with Business team to deliver business critical solutions & troubleshoot wherever needed. Lead initiatives in partnership with external banking partners & internal stakeholders (Tax, Legal, AR/AP etc.). Adhere to Product Management & Maintenance Practices in Finance IT solutions. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Overall Work Experience of 1 - 3 years in Treasury/Finance Domain or finance applications Experience as a key user or consultant for treasury products/solutions Strong Communication (Verbal & non-verbal), Documentation & problem-solving skills. Experience on any Treasury Management System (TMS) will be preferred .
