The role involves coordinating with vendors, procurement, and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing of invoices, and smooth material flow. The executive also maintains inventory records, assists in equipment maintenance documentation, and generates periodic reports. Strong SAP MM knowledge, good communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
