Job Title: Back Office Executive – Courier & Freight Services Location: Work From Home (Under Canada Supervision) Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Canada Time Reporting To: Canada Office via Camera Supervision Experience: Minimum 2 years in Courier / Freight Forwarding Industry Languages Required: Proficient in English & Punjabi (spoken and written in English) Job Description: We are hiring a Back Office Executive to support our Canada operations remotely. The ideal candidate must have experience in the courier or freight forwarding industry, excellent communication skills in English and Punjabi, and a strong ability to convert leads into sales through email and phone. This is a Work From Home opportunity, but the role is directly supervised by our Canada team during Canadian business hours. Training will be provided to align with our operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Send promotional and follow-up marketing emails to prospective and existing customers. Convert incoming leads (e.g., TG leads) into successful sales via phone or email. Attend customer calls when our Canada-based staff are unavailable. Respond to quotation requests and share pricing and service details accurately. Maintain and update client records and communication logs. Uphold high standards of data security and confidentiality. Sign a service and data confidentiality bond as per company policy. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in courier or freight forwarding services. Fluency in English and Punjabi (verbal and written – communication in English is required). Excellent email writing and telephone communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail/Outlook, and CRM tools. Self-disciplined, proactive, and capable of working under remote supervision. Comfortable working in Canada time zone shift (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM). Stable internet connection and functional home office setup.
