Maintenance Executive

As a Maintenance GPM (Factory & Restaurant), your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and infrastructure in both factory and restaurant settings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime - Responding promptly to breakdowns and performing corrective maintenance as needed - Maintaining and troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, chillers, and freezers - Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards - Overseeing structural repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and general building upkeep - Managing maintenance tasks across multiple sites, prioritizing based on urgency and cost-effectiveness - Liaising with vendors and contractors for specialized tasks or parts supply - Maintaining inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies, and assisting in budgeting for maintenance activities In addition to the above responsibilities, the company provides food as a benefit. The work location is in person. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance in factory and restaurant settings - Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices - Proficiency in troubleshooting refrigeration and electrical systems - Experience in managing vendors and contractors for maintenance tasks - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage budgets for maintenance activities Please note that this is a full-time position.,
