Job Description

Maintenance Executive:

Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance for store equipment (DG, HVAC, electrical panels, chillers, freezers, lighting, etc.).
Monitor breakdown calls and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
Maintain inventory of critical spares and tools.
Ensure all equipment (freezers, chillers, DG sets, UPS, etc.) are functional and serviced as per schedule.
Role & responsibilities

Regular inspection of electrical load distribution, DBs, earthing, and lighting systems.
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, fire alarm, hydrant, and safety systems.
Maintain all statutory compliance documents related to electrical and fire safety.

Willingness to travel across stores for audits and emergency support.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
