Maintenance Executive

As a Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, equipment, and utilities within the plant. Your role will involve conducting preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure. - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and resolve them efficiently. - Ensure minimal downtime by addressing breakdowns promptly. - Maintain records of maintenance activities, including spare parts usage and service schedules. - Work closely with the production team to ensure equipment availability and efficiency. - Assist in installing new machinery, modifications, and upgrades as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering. - 2-5 years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in a food & beverage manufacturing plant. - Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. - Hands-on experience in PLC, motors, pumps, conveyors, and utility systems (compressors, boilers, chillers, etc.) is an advantage.
