Main Responsibilities

• Safety policy adherence in maintenance & production activities
• Plant Maintenance activities
• Schedule the preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Monitoring Daily maintenance activities
• Statutory Compliances
• Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians
• Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Maintenance Team
• Spares inventory management
• Procurement of spares
• Man management
• Take actions to improve the plant efficiencies
• Implementation of improvement plans
• Execution of capex projects
• Contract worker Management
• Monitor and analysis the energy & water consumption and take appropriate actions to control the consumption
• Breakdown analysis documentation & analysis
• Building up the maintenance team
• Closure activities of safety improvement reports
• Coordination of production activities to meet the targets with desired quality

Qualifications:

Diploma / BE – Electrical Engineering
