Maintenance Engineer- Surface Treatment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on surface treatment equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs with internal teams or external contractors as necessary.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in surface treatment processes and equipment.
  

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of surface treatment processes and equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge on EHS, ENMS and OSHAS requirements.
