Maintenance Engineer- Surface Treatment

As a Maintenance Executive in Surface Treatment, your primary role will be to oversee and execute maintenance activities on surface treatment equipment and processes. This includes conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, collaborating with production teams to support operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular inspections and maintenance on surface treatment equipment, such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements. - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs with internal teams or external contractors when necessary. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and performance. - Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures, repairs, and equipment performance. - Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations. - Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in surface treatment processes and equipment. Required Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of surface treatment processes and equipment. - Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments. - Knowledge of EHS, ENMS, and OSHAS requirements.
