Act as a liaison between customer quality teams and internal departments for quality-related issues. Prepare and present reports on quality KPIs, audit findings, and process improvement outcomes. Ensure documentation compliance and support all customer or third-party audits. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Lead quality team efforts, coach and train employees on quality processes and standards. Facilitate the resolution of non-conformities and initiate process revisions when required. Monitor team performance and provide support in meeting quality and safety goals. Conduct regular 5S and safety audits; follow through with corrective action plans. 4.
