Job Purpose To lead quality initiatives and ensure implementation of process standards across warehouse and logistics operations. Conduct internal audits and prepare audit schedules in coordination with the management team. Drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes and maintain related documentation. Guide teams in the use of quality tools (e.g., 7 QC Tools) for root cause analysis and problem-solving. Act as a liaison between customer quality teams and internal departments for quality-related issues. Prepare and present reports on quality KPIs, audit findings, and process improvement outcomes. Ensure documentation compliance and support all customer or third-party audits. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Lead quality team efforts, coach and train employees on quality processes and standards. Facilitate the resolution of non-conformities and initiate process revisions when required. Monitor team performance and provide support in meeting quality and safety goals. Conduct regular 5S and safety audits; follow through with corrective action plans. 4.
