Job Description

  • To maximise the uptime (available time for operating) of plant, M/C utilities
  • To ensure Preventive Predictive maintenance as per Schedule
  • To ensure the completion of all pending safety observations as per time schedule
  • Tracking of all KPIs like power, water, fuel consumptions ensure that they are within Budgeted costs
  • To achieve the plant MTBF, MTTR as per target
  • Weekly petrol check ensure the all safety budget in working condition
  • Why-why analysis of breakdown focus on elimination of repetitive problems
  • Maintain the power factor ensure the service of all utility equipment
  • To monitor review the AMC of the plant utility equipment
  • Responsible for the testing such as pressure vessel, Earth, IR testing of equipment
  • New machine installation and commissioning
  • Make the new layout for machinery plants
  • Raise the capex as per requirement for new projects
  • Follow up with purchase for spares required for new projects
