Prepare and submit Energy Consumption reports to the GM-OPS on Daily, Weekly,

Monthly basis.

Track and complete all the maintenance related work orders created by the tenants

on day to day basis and submit work completion report.

Manage and track all the maintenance related works in the mall, ensure AMC

schedules are adhered to.

Co-ordinate with all the concerned Government departments and have a good

rapport

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,665.33 - ₹37,909.28 per month
