Job Description

Plan, organize and control all maintenance work within the designated area to ensure that plant and equipment is maintained to the required standards of quality and availability. Maintain a regular coordination with other functions to ensure that plant and equipment is available to meet operational requirements. Execute the preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that all necessary maintenance is carried out at the appropriate time. Supervise and train all team members to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively and maintain effective working relationships. Monitor all maintenance work to ensure that it complies with all health and safety requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the plant and equipment and identify and resolve issues relating to maintenance procedures, plant or equipment.
