To strategize the plan for vertical wise target achievement of self and team members To ensure the sales team review process and work plan is tracked and updated in 1st week of every month. To strengthen the Dealer / Architect relationship and ensure a fruitful association with them. To propose / give inputs on various schemes required in the area to boost up the sales.(overall / product specific) To ensure the enrolment of Franchise for all major town for better brand visibility and improved retail sales.
