Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Functional Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for Maconomy:
  • Analyze and understand functional business requirements.
  • Develop and execute transition plans for Maconomy ERP.
  • Prepare documentation and lead playback/understanding sessions with stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on support tasks:
  • Analyze service tickets and communicate directly with end users.
  • Identify root causes and implement resolutions, configurations, or data updates.
  • Review and test fixes prior to deployment across various Maconomy environments.
  • Coordinate changes and obtain necessary approvals before application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely ticket resolution.
  • Manage ticket triaging and update tracking tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) and JIRA.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong finance functional or techno-functional background.
• Prior experience with ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of financial modules such as:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
• For technical candidates:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and Mscript (Maconomy’s proprietary language).
• Experience with end-to-end financial processes:
  • Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Order to Cash (O2C)
  • Record to Report (R2R)
  • Financial period-end close
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and business users.
• Willingness to learn Maconomy ERP and perform hands-on technical support and analysis.

Good to Have:

• Prior hands-on experience with Maconomy ERP.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new products and technologies.
• Knowledge of XML, SQL, and REST APIs.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Background in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
