What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background:

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production Engineering. Preferred: NTTF Machining Graduate or CAM-certified professional

• Experience:

  10–12 years in machine shop leadership roles.

                         i. Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, double-column, boring, CNC turning, hydraulic press brake.

                        ii. Proven record of managing large teams (60+ operators) in mass production and high-variant environment

• Personality Traits:

  A team player with a problem-solving mind-set, assertive communication skills, and a knack for attention to detail.
