What We’re Looking For: Educational Background: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production Engineering. Preferred: NTTF Machining Graduate or CAM-certified professional Experience: 10–12 years in machine shop leadership roles. i. Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, double-column, boring, CNC turning, hydraulic press brake. ii. Proven record of managing large teams (60+ operators) in mass production and high-variant environment · Core Skills: Expertise in GenCAM or equivalent CAM tools, Deep knowledge of tool setting, fixturing, machining parameters, Strong grasp of TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and OEE improvement, MIS reporting, delivery performance monitoring, Exposure to ERP/SAP-based production tracking Personality Traits: A team player with a problem-solving mind-set, assertive communication skills, and a knack for attention to detail.
