Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Manager based in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. The Machine Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the machine shop, including production planning, supervising machining processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additionally, the role will involve managing production schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring efficient workflow while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Machining processes and machine shop operations
• Expertise in Quality Management and inspection techniques
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in foundry or heavy machinery industries is a plus
