Hardware Management Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of IT hardware. Networking & Infrastructure Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches for seamless connectivity. Assist in designing secure network architecture and monitor network performance. Software Development & Support Assist in developing and maintaining small-scale applications/tools for internal use. Provide support for software installations, updates, and troubleshooting. Data Security & Backup Implement data security measures and access control. Manage system backups and support disaster recovery initiatives. ERP Learning & Implementation Actively participate in ERP training programs. Work with consultants and internal teams for ERP implementation and customization. General IT Support Provide daily IT support to employees across departments. Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and ensure timely updates.
