Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Foundry Manager located in Hoshiarpur. The Foundry Manager will oversee daily operations, manage casting processes, ensure process integration, and maintain high standards of metallurgy and metal casting. The role involves managing a team, ensuring safety protocols, and optimizing production efficiency while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Foundry Management and Managing Casting Processes
• Skills in Process Integration and Metal Casting
• Knowledge of Metallurgy and Casting Techniques
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the foundry or metal casting industry is a plus
