Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Shop Incharge. The position is located in Vadodara. The Machine Shop Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the machine shop, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining equipment, supervising staff, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. Additional duties include planning and coordinating production schedules, inspecting work quality, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Shop Management and Production Planning
• Skilled in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Supervising Staff and Ensuring Compliance with Safety Standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
