Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machining Fixtures Designer, located in Vadodara. The Machining Fixtures Designer will be responsible for designing and developing various fixtures, gauges, and jigs. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed design specifications, collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure accurate production, and conducting quality checks to maintain high standards. The designer will be involved in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fixtures and increase efficiency.

• Experience in designing checking fixtures, acceptance gauges, and drill jigs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing teams
• Knowledge of machining processes and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
