Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Machining Fixtures Designer, located in Vadodara. The Machining Fixtures Designer will be responsible for designing and developing various fixtures, gauges, and jigs. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed design specifications, collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure accurate production, and conducting quality checks to maintain high standards. The designer will be involved in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fixtures and increase efficiency. Qualifications \n Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design principles Experience in designing checking fixtures, acceptance gauges, and drill jigs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing teams Knowledge of machining processes and tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in a similar role is a plus

The Machine Shop Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the machine shop, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining equipment, supervising staff, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. Additional duties include planning and coordinating production schedules, inspecting work quality, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Qualifications Experience in Machine Shop Management and Production Planning Skilled in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Proficiency in Supervising Staff and Ensuring Compliance with Safety Standards Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and quality assurance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
