Role Overview: As a Machine Shop Incharge at Uptech Precision Pvt. Ltd., located in Khed, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production schedules, implementing quality control protocols, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. Your role will involve coordinating with different departments, maintaining machinery, and optimizing shop floor activities to achieve productivity targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the machine shop - Oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects - Implement quality control protocols to maintain high standards of products - Coordinate with different departments for seamless workflow - Maintain machinery and equipment for optimal performance - Optimize shop floor activities to achieve productivity targets - Handle manpower effectively to ensure efficient operations - Demonstrate strong operations management abilities - Utilize excellent organizational and leadership skills to lead the team - Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively - Work independently and manage the team efficiently - Utilize experience in production planning and manufacturing operations, including VMC programming and Surface Grinding - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required - Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment is a plus Qualification Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations - Skills in handling manpower effectively - Strong operations management abilities - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Please send your CV to hr@uptechengineering.com for consideration.,
