Basic Requirements
- A proven AI-first philosophy – you should instinctively think "How can AI solve this?" before reaching for traditional coding solutions
- A track record of 5+ years in professional environments
- Strong command of Python and AWS ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Demonstrated success in implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
- Practical expertise in leveraging various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) for business applications
