Machine Learning Specialist

Job Summary:

• A Machine Learning Specialist designs, develops, and deploys machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• They work with large datasets, apply advanced algorithms, and optimize predictive systems to improve decision-making, automation, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and systems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and build predictive solutions.
• Train, test, and optimize models for accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into applications.
• Research emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend adoption.
• Document processes, findings, and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills.
