About the Role:

Machine Learning Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
Monitor ML models in production, identify performance degradation, and troubleshoot issues.
Optimize data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Automate data ingestion, model retraining, and deployment processes.
Implement monitoring and alerting for model performance and system health.
Manage data versioning, experiment tracking, and model version control.
Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy standards are met in ML workflows.
Document systems, workflows, and best practices for cross-team knowledge sharing.
Stay current with advances in ML engineering tools, platforms, and best practices

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MLOps platforms and tools (e.g., TFX, Seldon, Feast).
Familiarity with data labeling, augmentation, and annotation workflows.
Background in statistics, data mining, or applied mathematics.
Experience with real-time or streaming data processing.
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
