Machine Learning Engineer

We are building a next-generation collaboration platform (similar to Slack, DingTalk, JoyTeam.ai) with an AI assistant embedded in every feature. We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help design, build, and deploy this smart assistant.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational AI features across chat, project management, and other modules.
• Build and integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Train and fine-tune AI models for context-aware responses.
• Integrate APIs with front-end and back-end systems.
• Improve performance and accuracy through testing and iteration.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong Python skills with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain.
• Experience with OpenAI API / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic.
• Knowledge of API development and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Skills

• Chat platform integration (Slack API, MS Teams API).
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
