Job Title: Custom Software Engineer (Machine Learning)

Machine Learning and AI-driven application development

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality application components using ML/AI technologies.
Provide strategic technical leadership across teams, defining architecture, standards, and best practices.
Drive AI-enabled engineering, including Generative AI solutions, automation, and AI-assisted development.
Lead AI governance, cost/risk guardrails, resilience, and enterprise AI protocols.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, especially in financial services domains, to deliver compliant and innovative solutions.
Mentor teams on AI tools, prompt engineering, and modern development practices.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in
Machine Learning
(algorithms, feature engineering, data preprocessing).
Hands-on experience with
Python or R
for ML development.
Experience with Generative AI and modern AI frameworks/tools.
