M&A, Strategy, BD and Portfolio

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for various key accountabilities and responsibilities: - **Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)** - Evaluate potential opportunities by conducting market intelligence and research for the USA and Europe Pharma Business. - Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic projects. - Provide support in M&A projects for potential business expansion opportunities for acquired assets. - Prepare and present periodic reports for the opportunities worked on. - **Strategy** - Utilize digital/technology platforms to create dashboards for management review. - Assist in preparing the future strategy for the organization in the USA and International Markets. - Stay updated with external market trends and align the strategic plan for the business accordingly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate business risks. - **Portfolio and Business Development** - Evaluate and nominate products to strengthen the portfolio via in-house development for the UK and Canada markets. - Manage the entire portfolio process from nomination to completion. - Proactively seek partnering opportunities aligned with the company's strategy of differentiated generics. - Prepare business cases in collaboration with the business teams. - Participate in reviews with key stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing as per agreed terms. You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Commercial awareness of markets like USA and Europe at a strategic and operational level. - Strong eye for details and data analysis skills for validating multi-source data. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate-level Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. - Excellent interpersonal skills for coordination with stakeholders globally. Desired Qualifications: - B.Pharm / M. Pharm + MBA / PGDBA Desired Experience: - 4+ years of experience in Portfolio, Business Development, Consulting, Market Research, Corporate Strategy, or M&A.,
