Role & responsibilities

2. Provide technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolve system / application issues.

3. Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring

4. Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.

5. Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution

6. Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support

7. Administer and support Office 365 and MS Exchange policies

8. Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software capabilities

9. Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses

10. Maintain up-to-date documentation

11. Enforce security requirements

12. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts used to manage\support the Microsoft 365 environment.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Provide Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, etc.) platform training, administration, configuration, development, and support.
