LV Panel & Switchgear - Sales Engineer

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for Low Voltage (LV) panels and switchgear products. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, and delivering value-added solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, you will be required to conduct product presentations, lead negotiations, close sales deals, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support for LV switchgear products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies for LV panels and switchgear products - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LV panels and switchgear products - Foster trust-based relationships with clients and deliver value-added solutions - Conduct product presentations, lead negotiations, and close sales deals - Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for LV switchgear products - Perform market research to monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities - Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies - Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Analyze sales data and market trends to enhance sales effectiveness Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical engineering - 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in panel sales and switchgear products - Willingness to travel to job locations - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, products, and applications - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships - Excellent communication and negotiation skills Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
