About the Role

Latinum HR is hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Representative for a world-renowned luxury retail brand in Mumbai. This role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets and representing the prestige and heritage of the brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury, client service, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class luxury experience to every client, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail.
• Drive sales performance by understanding client needs, recommending products, and maximizing upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling, follow-ups, and exclusive customer engagement.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all interactions reflect the brand’s luxury image and values.
• Support in-store events, activations, and VIP experiences to enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and luxury customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or customer experience-focused roles.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage luxury clients.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages (Hindi, Gujarati, Arabic, Mandarin, etc.) is an advantage.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
