As a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering strong client relationships, and leading sales strategies in the Real Estate sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. - Generating leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets by managing end-to-end client interactions. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. - Negotiating and closing sales deals to maximize profitability. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Preparing accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis. - Collaborating with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional activities. - Training, guiding, and motivating junior sales team members.
