Job Description

Role Summary

Client Engagement
: Work closely with ultra HNIs, NRIs, and corporate executives to understand their residential needs and lifestyle preferences.
Sales Execution
: Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours of luxury apartments, penthouses, and villas in premium projects.
Relationship Management
: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, channel partners, and brokers.
Lead Conversion
: Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive conversions from enquiry to closure.
Negotiation & Closure
: Lead negotiations with buyers and developers, ensuring transparent, smooth, and timely deal closures.
Market Analysis
: Stay updated with current property trends, pricing, new launches, and investment opportunities in Andheri and neighboring prime areas.
Post-Sales Service
: Provide end-to-end support including documentation, home loans, legal liaison, and handovers.

Candidate Profile

Education
: Bachelors Degree (Preferred: Business, Marketing, or Real Estate)
Experience
: Minimum 10 years in luxury sales, preferably in luxury or premium residential segment
Skills
:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales negotiation and closing abilities
Strong client servicing mindset
Good network with HNI or Ultra HNI client
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Language
: English fluency is a must; Hindi and Marathi preferred
