We pride ourselves on transparent transactions, premium developments, and client-first services.---Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated intern who can support our Luxury Property Division. The role is designed for individuals who want to learn the nuances of operations, client strategy, calling (cold calling + follow-ups), and sales exposure within the luxury real estate sector.---Key Responsibilities:Handle cold calling and other client calls (introductions, follow-ups, scheduling).Assist in operations, documentation, and internal coordination.Conduct market research & competitor analysis related to luxury property trends.Support the client servicing team with presentations, briefs, and reports.Participate in organizing site visits, client meetings, and events.Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve client engagement and overall efficiency.---Qualifications & Skills:Current student or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, Management, or related fields.Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially for client calls.Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operational responsibilities.Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.Enthusiasm for the luxury real estate sector.---Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):Knowledge of digital marketing or social media tools.Prior internship or exposure in sales/real estate/consulting.Comfort with creating basic reports, presentations, or client material.---Internship Details:Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 (depending on interview & performance).Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance).Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off).Timings: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation will be provided.---Who Can Apply:Students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on exposure in luxury real estate.Individuals looking to build operations, client strategy, calling, and sales experience.Candidates who are available to work full-time from the office (DLF Phase 2, near Cybercity).---Important Notes:The role offers learning across operations, client strategy, calling, and sales.Strong follow-up skills and professionalism on calls are essential.Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced luxury property environment is highly valued.
