Luxury Property Intern

You will be joining NRK Realtors as a Luxury Property Intern to support the Luxury Property Division. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain insights into operations, client strategy, calling, and sales within the luxury real estate sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle various client calls including cold calling, introductions, follow-ups, and scheduling. - Assist in operational tasks, documentation, and internal coordination. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis focusing on luxury property trends. - Aid the client servicing team by preparing presentations, briefs, and reports. - Assist in organizing site visits, client meetings, and events. - Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance client engagement and overall efficiency. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Current student or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, Management, or related fields. - Strong communication and persuasion skills required for client calls. - Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operational responsibilities efficiently. - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite. - Enthusiasm for the luxury real estate sector. **Bonus Skills (Preferred):** - Knowledge of digital marketing or social media tools. - Previous internship or exposure in sales/real estate/consulting. - Comfortable with creating basic reports, presentations, or client material. **Internship Details:** - Stipend: 3,000 - 7,000 (based on interview & performance). - Duration: 3 months (possible extension based on performance). - Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off). - Timings: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. - Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation will be provided.
