Luxury hotel general manager

Position: General Manager - Boutique Luxury Hotel

Location: North Goa, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Hotel Operations:

  Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest relations.

• Guest Experience:

  Ensure an exceptional and personalized experience for all guests, maintaining the highest luxury service standards.

• Staff Management:

  Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

• Financial Management:

  Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

• Sales and Marketing:

  Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, optimize revenue, and enhance the hotel's market presence.

• Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements as well as maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 7-10 years in luxury hotel management with at least 3 years in a similar role.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.

• Skills:

  Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

  Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.

  Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
