Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi II Tandoor at BluSalzz Hotels & Resorts located in North Delhi. The Commi II Tandoor will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori dishes, ensuring optimal food quality, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and upholding culinary standards. Daily tasks include assisting senior chefs, managing food preparations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role also involves effective communication with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Proficiency in Tandoor and general Culinary Skills
• Knowledge of Hygiene standards
• Effective Communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
