Your Responsibilities Client Styling & Advisory Provide a warm, engaging welcome to clients while delivering a seamless and memorable store experience. Offer individualized styling consultations, curating looks based on client preferences, trends, and occasions. Maintain a deep understanding of client profiles to anticipate needs and suggest suitable pieces. Sales Excellence Drive sales by achieving personal and store targets through high-touch service and product knowledge. Effectively upsell and cross-sell across categories to enhance customer value and wardrobe depth. Track personal KPIs, stay accountable, and contribute to the store’s revenue goals. ️ Product & Brand Expertise Stay ahead of seasonal launches, designer updates, and evolving style trends. Communicate brand stories with authenticity and depth during client interactions. Maintain impeccable product presentation, from merchandise displays to in-store storytelling. Client Relationship Management Build and manage a portfolio of loyal, repeat clients through consistent follow-ups and tailored recommendations. Coordinate exclusive previews, styling sessions, and invite-only events to enhance brand engagement. Use CRM tools to record client preferences, key dates, and feedback. ️ Store Operations Ensure day-to-day showroom standards including cleanliness, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising. Work collaboratively with fellow stylists and store leadership to meet shared objectives. Support inventory checks, floor moves, and back-end processes as needed. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–3 years in premium or luxury retail; experience in styling or clienteling is a plus. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and a passion for high fashion. Mindset: Client-first attitude, polished presence, and the ability to perform under pressure. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; coursework in fashion, retail, or design is a bonus. Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus in multicultural settings.
