LS Retail Developer - IT | Devyani International Limited | Gurgaon

Role Purpose

To design, develop, implement and support LS Retail and POS system solutions across multiple brands and geographies (India & International), ensuring seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise applications, while improving customer experience and store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development & Enhancements

• Develop, customize and implement LS Retail (NAV/BC) functionalities to support retail operations.
• Implement integrations between LS Retail / POS and SAP (including CMS, reconciliation system & store-level projects).

2. Operations & Store Support

• Ensure high-availability and smooth functioning of store POS systems billing, menu updates, promotions, loyalty programs, coupons, etc.
• Deliver daily, weekly & monthly LS Retail operational SLAs for business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised via Service Desk within defined timelines.

3. Data & Process Improvement

• Automate store analytical reporting and decision-making dashboards (What-If analysis, SCM dashboards, customer profitability analytics).
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of transactions and reconciliations from stores to backend systems.

4. Audit & Compliance

• Maintain system documentation and comply with ITGC & Info-Security standards.
• Ensure reliable store transaction data traceability and reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

Experience:

Technical Skills:

LS Retail (NAV/BC) development, POS integrations, SQL, APIs, functional knowledge of store ops, SAP integration experience (preferred)

Domain Exposure:

Hospitality / Retail / QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations experience preferred

Additional: Experience with loyalty systems, coupons, CMS, store transaction reconciliation
