Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the loyalty rewards section on the app, ensuring accurate point allocation for activities such as daily logins, quizzes, and course participation.
Coordinate reward redemptions and ensure timely delivery of vouchers, coupons, and goodie bags.
Collaborate with internal teams (Training, Tech, Marketing) to enhance user engagement and improve program functionality.
Build and manage partnerships with vendors for reward tie-ups and merchandise.
Track and analyze participation trends to optimize program effectiveness and engagement.
Address student queries related to rewards and provide quick resolutions.
Plan and execute communication campaigns to promote new rewards, challenges, and engagement activities.
Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, engagement, and ROI.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement, or rewards management (preferably in EdTech, e-commerce, or marketing).
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or digital engagement tools is an advantage.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under minimal supervision.
A customer/student-centric professional with a creative approach to problem-solving
