As the State Head - Ops, your primary responsibility will be customer acquisition, activation, and retention for various customer loyalty programs. You will be leading the enrolment and activation process of HSD customers on the fleet program. Additionally, you will work towards developing a robust and detailed customer database with proper checks and balances. Tracking competitor activities and collaborating with the field to retain or increase market share will also be part of your duties. You will be expected to provide market feedback to enhance loyalty policies and processes at both central and Business State levels. Training the field and franchisees for the successful rollout and implementation of customer programs will be crucial. Managing the redemption experience with a focus on minimal/real-time delivery and striving to increase redemption rates will be essential. Moreover, leveraging analytics to drive profitable business growth and monitoring the effectiveness of analytics-driven initiatives will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess an MBA qualification and demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach. Your ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results will be instrumental in contributing to the success of the company's customer loyalty programs.,
