Job Role : Purchase Executive

Department : Admin

Role & responsibilities :

• Managed procurement of lab chemicals and consumables along with indirect categories such as ITequipment, admin supplies, and facility services for cross functional teams.
• Led supplier negotiations and purchase order execution in ERP, ensuring compliance with commercial termsand delivery schedules.
• Collaborated with finance and operations to align procurement planning with budget and material forecasts.
• Identified and evaluated potential suppliers, monitored performance, and ensured timely delivery of goodsand services.
• Formulated SCM plans to ensure timely project execution, developed alternate sourcing strategies, andmitigated supply risks
• Achieved over ₹17 lakh (16%) in cost savings through cost analysis, contract renegotiations, and strategicsourcing initiatives.
• Monitoring inventory levels and keeping them up to date with requirements.
• Generated procurement and performance MIS reports to support strategic decisions.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability under pressure.
• Engaged in proactive stakeholder management to address procurement needs, build strong vendorrelationships, and ensure service satisfaction across departments.

Key Skills :

In-depth knowledge of Purchase , Must have Exeperience from manufacture industry
