Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide insurance advisory services to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage for their needs. Conduct thorough assessments of client's requirements and recommend suitable insurance policies from various providers. Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and objectives, providing personalized solutions, and offering ongoing support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to remain knowledgeable about new developments in the field. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in B2C sales or related fields (insurance advisory, bpo sales). Strong communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex concepts simply. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; high level of motivation required.
