Job Description

Responsible for implementing the Companys Credit Policies, practices and procedures for approval/rejection within agreed limits and/or recommend to higher authorities for further action Evaluating Loan against property (LAP) / Mortgage loan cases for Self-Employed Non Professional (SENP) clients. Conduct PD of clients under different products/segments as part of specific program Credit approvals in system for various products basis CAM and additional information available about client and their business/es Coordinate with Third party sourcing partners with whom the bank has entered into Sourcing tie-up regarding processing of cases sourced by them either Online or Offline Coordinating with Legal, Technical, RCU and Business teams for regular closure of open matters to avoid escalations. Periodic interaction/visits to meet clients and understand issues/constraints of existing products/processes Efficient Underwriting skills with effective communication with credit and all other business stakeholders through mails or any other medium of communication. Minimum 3-4 years in conducting Personal Discussion (PD) and Liquid Income Process (LIP) for SENP customers
