Job Responsibilties-

ou will remove repetitive manual work, improve model quality and speed up project delivery by building reliable automation tools and workflows used across multiple projects. Your work will directly reduce documentation time and errors while raising the studio’s BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

Design, build and maintain Dynamo scripts and toolkits to automate documentation and modelling workflows (sheet creation & population, annotation, view creation, tagging, schedules, parameters, etc.).

Implement robust automation for Revit-based model QA/QC and data validation (naming standards, parameter checks, LOD checks).

Develop workflows to automate repetitive modelling tasks and family generation where applicable.

Create and maintain script libraries, shared node packages, and documentation; ensure version control (git or similar).

Integrate automation with project CDEs (Autodesk Docs, BIM 360 / ACC), Navisworks or export pipelines as needed.

Provide training and written guides for the studio, and support adoption across live projects.

Troubleshoot Revit automation issues; profile and optimise script performance; ensure robust error-handling and user-friendly interfaces.

(Optional, as needed) Build simple add-ins or small Revit API/Python utilities to complement Dynamo solutions.

Required (must-have) skills & experience

2–3 years professional experience in BIM / Revit modelling and documentation on building projects.

Strong practical experience writing Dynamo scripts for Revit (custom nodes + Python nodes). Able to explain/produce reusable, production-ready scripts.

Proficient with Autodesk Revit

Solid understanding of BIM processes & deliverables (schedules, LOD, BIM Execution Plans, clash coordination fundamentals).

Comfortable with basic scripting / programming concepts (Python experience is strongly preferred).

Good spoken and written communication—able to work with project leads and train teammates.

Experience with Rhino & Grasshopper (and Rhino.Inside.Revit workflows).

Familiarity with Revit API, pyRevit, RevitLookup, and common Dynamo packages (Clockwork, BimorphNodes, Data-Shapes etc.).

Knowledge of ISO 19650 or other project data standards.

Experience working in a studio environment.
