Job Description

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
in the Indian textile sector, focusing on distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
Support revenue and margin goals
, including Net Revenue and Gross Margin targets.
Conduct market studies
and prepare annual budgets based on market potential and strategic objectives.
Manage multi-channel distribution networks
, ensuring product availability and partner engagement.
Address customer feedback and resolve issues
, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams technical, operations, marketing to deliver tailored textile solutions leveraging.
Represent Nitta at trade shows, OEM discussions, and client meetings
, championing brand quality and performance advantages.

Educational Background
: Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Textile Engineering, or related field; MBA is advantageous.
Experience
: Freshers with sharp communication and organizational skills or candidates with 8+ years of experience in business developmentpreferably
Textile Machinery Sales related.
Preferred communication skills in
English and local languages
(e.g., Marathi, Hindi) for better customer outreach.
Personal Attributes
: Energetic, self-driven, result-oriented, disciplined, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
