Position: E-Commerce Manager

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000

Experience: 5–7 Years

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platforms, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experience. You will manage marketplaces, optimize sales funnels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.

Manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify) and the company website.

Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads.

Analyze performance metrics and implement CRO and UX improvements.

Collaborate with marketing, logistics, design, and IT teams for smooth operations.

Manage relationships with vendors, payment gateways, and e-commerce platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.

Expertise in Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Master’s in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce

Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho.

CRO, A/B testing, and advanced analytics tools
